At Sri Ranga's Silks, every saree and piece of jewellery is a considered, handcrafted purchase. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any order once it has been placed. Please review product details, measurements, and images carefully, and choose wisely before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our silk sarees and temple jewellery, we are unable to accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. By placing an order with Sri Ranga's Silks, you acknowledge and accept that all purchases are final.

2. Please Choose Wisely

We encourage you to read each product description thoroughly, including fabric, dimensions, colour notes, and care instructions, before ordering. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to photography lighting and your device settings. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order — we are happy to help you make the right choice.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the matter promptly and, where applicable, work with you in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law to resolve the issue.

4. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK consumer protection legislation. If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please reach out and we will address your concern in line with those rights.
