Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time your order is placed is the price you will be charged. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; where an error is apparent, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order with a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through our hosted checkout provider. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the nominated payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable shipping fees.

We offer free insured shipping across the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 24 hours of any damage or discrepancy, as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and measurements are accurate. However, handwoven silks and handcrafted jewellery are unique; minor variations in weave, colour, and finish may occur and are part of the artisan character of each piece. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting.

To place an order you may create an account with your name, email, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
